Refundable Tickets

Refundable ticket (verifiable by ticket type) must be selected at the seat selection stage of the purchase process. Refundability cannot be added to already-purchased tickets. Refundability is not available for all seats, ticket types, or performances. Requests for refunds on refundable tickets may only be made at the link provided after purchase and information provided must be complete and accurate. Requests made through any other means cannot be honored. The deadline to request a refund for a refundable ticket is seven (7) days prior to the performance date and time of the ticket. Refund requests after this point cannot be honored. Tickets purchased by resellers and/or offered for resale at any point are not eligible for refund. Tickets transferred to another guest are not eligible for refund. The refund requestor must be the original ticket purchaser and refund can only be made to original purchase method. Eligible refunds will be issued in the full amount of the original purchase, including full ticket price, fees and merchandise add-ons (if any). Partial refunds are not available.
